My name is Charles David Stolper, but you can call me Chad. I am a PhD student in Computer Science in the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech working with Dr. John Stasko in the Information Interfaces Lab. I grew up in historic Concord, Mass before moving south for college in 2007. I eventually graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC in 2011 with a double major in History and Computer Science. I enjoy traveling, playing ultimate frisbee and bari sax, swing dancing, reading Cold War spy novels, and living and dying with the Boston Red Sox. My research revolves around making it easier for those without programming experience to bring their data to life through designing and building creative visualizations.
